Hackers and cheats

During my ultimate team games, I go against players who seem like they want to spoil the game or something.  No fun at all. A user will have a card for example Joao Cancelo - 86 but on the field, his rating is 92. They are all powered up. I try looking for ways to counter this but haven't seen or haven't actually gotten into contact with EA. Has any faced this?
