HELP! Edited data has been deleted by squad update

Hi over the past few weeks I've spent hours and hours editing various stats, formations etc and creating players.

After each editing session I also go to profile and 'save squads' and 'save profile'

I've just gone to start a career and accidentally selected the option to download the latest update patch.  This has subsequently written over all my hard work, deleted my created players etc.  I am absolutely devastated.  I've spend so much time on this!

Is there any way to restore my data???  Loading my 'squads' and 'profile' does absolutely nothing.  I'm back to horrendously inaccurate default stats compiled by people who have seemingly never watched a game of football.  Doing all the editing again will take so much time.

I am using Xbox Series S.
