Help!!! PS4

I pre - ordered ea fc 24 on ps4 , I have it written that the game was bought on ps5 . Is this a mistake? Will I have the game? She's not in the library!

You have pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition which contains both PS4 and PS5 versions. The game may not appear in your library until it is available for download.

When FC24 is made available for pre-load on pre-ordered digital versions then you will be able to select either or both of the PS4 and PS5 versions to download.

In your case you will download the PS4 version however the PS5 version will remain available to you also if you were to upgrade your console in the future.
