Hero pack

How come everyone is getting the compensation packs but I am not getting any?

Finally EA give compensation but for selected players XD.

I do it 2 times and i dont reciev anything. My friend who do it one time get 4 (FOUR) hero picks. I Think that i spend not too much money for opening premium packs and thats why EA just forget about me XD.

Now if somebody get a 4 picks u will give him another 4 bcs it’s yours another mistake.

I didn’t receive the compensation, and I made 2 reports in that case. And I saw a lot of people who didn’t made the sbc received the compensation.

I didn’t receive my compensation for 87+ hero picks, that who was posted inncorect with 86+. Cam someone explain why?
