How can i get my EA Play rewards? Haven't received any rewards since i signed for EA Play.

The EA Play rewards become automatically available in-game when they're released. They should show up on your account every time there's a new reward. Please note that if you have recently signed up for EA Play, you will not receive the previously released rewards. You can check the current rewards in this link: https://www.ea.com/ea-play/member-benefits
I signed on january and i haven't received any of the rewards since then, that's why i'm confused
