How to Get Refund from EA FC24
Hi everyone. First , I will apologize for my bad english. My husband purchased FC24 through his PS5. He thought this is the one he needs to purchase to play online. Upon downloading he found out that he needs to subscribe to another game to play online. My question is how can we talk to a live chat because yesterday i opened a case and upon checking today it stated. CASE CLOSED NO FIX. How could we refund the money , the game is useless anyway. I hope someone can walk me through it. Thank you so much.

considering your husband bought the game through the Playstation store, he will have to get it refunded through Playstation, not directly through EA. EA can only give refunds for games that were directly purchased through EA.
