Unfortunately, we're not able to return items that are accidentally submitted into SBCs. The best I can advise is to be more careful going forward. Be sure to check the items being submitted before completing the SBC.
So we won't be able to complete the icon evolution

- @EA_Aljo We understand this however some new players still have NO IDEA about this and may have used the card in exchanges. Like the other people here said, maybe you guys can make important players un-exchangeable so that newer players can have a more fair experience. I'll be honest: I am not a new player and just accidentally used the card in exchanges. Just tryna suggest some stuff too but it would be nice if you help us get the card back too lol

How can anyone be more careful when the exchange criteria of 87 Lampard was hidden and not told to players up front? And when you open the Zidane icon series, that didn't need the lower ovr for exchange, how is anyone able to know up front that 85 Lampard would be needed?
Agreed. I had no idea it was part of the conditions and so exchanged him.
Is it stated anywhere until you unlock the second node that this lampard will need to be exchanged to obtain the next highest rated lampard?
@EA_Aljo Same here, mistakenly exchanged 85 CM Lampard. The issue is that the event never told or made it exclusively clear to us to withhold the base version in order to earn the ICON as a progression in that chapter. It's not fair to hold the players wrong since the event itself is gruelling and yet punished for a unfamiliar error. Please provide a solution.
