Hey there,
These rewards are automatically delivered when they become available. All you need to do is log in to the game and it will be delivered once new rewards are released. Please note that if you just signed up for EA Play, you will not receive the previous rewards, only the current ones.You didn’t deliver the reward for day one of pro open to my account
