I believe there are black and red listed accounts

So I've been playing eafc since day 1 and I realized that I was rarely packing promo cards even though I spend hours doing upgrades, objectives, Champs, rivals, squad battles, etc. I would've just thought the pack weight was different this year but my friends (especially one of them) have been opening a similar amount of packs as me but they get players worth millions of coins (while i cant even count how many times my friends and siblings pack expensive cards). I haven't packed a single player worth over 1 million and I usually get rank 3 to 1 in champs. The last straw for me was when I opened my reds for bundesliga TOTS and got kobel + tah as reds, then tapsoba, kobel, and adeyemi in the pack. I've decided to delete eafc 24 and as a loyal player that has bought this game for 12+ years, it hurts to say that I'm done spending my time on this game, and possibly any future installments of this franchise.
