I bought EAFC 24 but library empty

I bought code for eafc 24. Code worked i checked right ea id and email. I redeem game and it didnt show in the library. Download started and it was preparing 10 minutes. I cancel downloading and ever...

@EA_Darko hello, I have the same problem, i already contacted them and they said its a problem on your side and that its supposed to be fixed in a matter of hours. Is that true?
