I play on ps4 and when I redeem it says that is isn’t available
Problem is the region. I change the region (brazil) solved problem. You can try it.

I'm still having this problem 3 days later on PC, EA app says invalid code and steam says duplicate.

Hi I have imputted my code and it says that the code has already been used, which I have used as this was the first time I had entered the code.
