I can't SBC of Fridolina Rolfo

Hello!&nbsp;My name is João Francisco.I was talking with an agent helper about a bug that happens when I try to do a SBC of Fridolina Rolfo and she sent me here.When I send my team in exchange of Fridolina Rolfo, a message appears saying i don't have connection with the UTC and sends me back to the menu.I believe it is a bug because when I try SBC with any other player, it works.

Hey&nbsp;@jabolaoluz&nbsp;Can you please check if none of the players' items you wish to submit is in your current squad, including reserves or duplicate storage?

I have checked and none of the player's items are in my team&nbsp;including reserves and i don´t have duplicate players&nbsp; or items. I only have this save. I'm sending you a screenshot.
