Hey all, you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.

Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.

Choose your platform.

Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.

Fill out any other details below.

For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.

Click Select contact option.

Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

I have also been banned, possibly due to encountering scripts, which seems to be a common problem. I want to know if you are aware of this matter and how this kind of thing is ultimately resolved.

@dhh001 Me too with same problem
Not only that
I woke up Sunday and suddenly banned I realized my fc coins 400k decreased to 9k
Also some of my player had disappeared
And someone bought players from my account
Ea has told me that I broke their rules however that is incorrect because i haven’t violated any rules ever .

    The same things has happened to me and they have declined 2 disputes..

Also banned for no reason. No email to explain why. Contacted terms of service team and again no support or explanation. Apparently after three appeals they won’t do anything. Ruined the game for me and diabolical service.

just quit this garbage and don't buy the next ea fc, easy as that.
