I have Xbox series x can I play against Xbox one users
If I buy the Xbox series x / xbox one title can I play against xbox one users , and if so do I have to install the Xbox one version or can I play Xbox one users still with the series x version

Cross-play will be available based on the platform generation:
- PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC versions being able to play cross-platform
- PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions being able to play cross-platform
