I need answers

Why does my keeper refuse to make any saves, or if  he does, rebounds it straight back to their player, this isn't an odd occasion, it's EVERY single shot, doesn't happen in squad battles, draft, friendlies, but in rivals it's constant, it's getting ridiculous now, and im starting to think it's deliberate by ea, and just to be clear, my opponents keepers stop everything, and their rebounds go for a throw-in and nowhere near my players
