I want a refund.

Today, I purchased FC 24 game, but I'm not satisfied and would like to request a refund. I made the payment using GPay because I am currently in Turkey. It seems that my refund request was not approved due to my payment method. I have added a new payment method. I contacted live support and they told me that my refund has been approved. However, on the order screen, I see that the refund request has failed. I am unable to initiate a new refund request. Will the refund go through? Can it be processed using the new payment method I added? What do I need to do to be able to return it?

    This is also happening to me now, I think it's their way of refusing to help their customers. This company is scamming players.

  • @EA_Shepard I can't contact live support. The live support form doesn't appear, and I've tried different browsers and even opened a VPN, but I still can't get any results. I can't find any other way to reach live support. How can I reach them?

    @enesdemirbasx you would have to either contact live support again so that they can look into the refund, or contact Google. Google refunds for us are very limited. So over the forums, we cannot assist as we don't have a way to. Only support can look into these. We don't deal with refunds, and certainly cannot give a timeframe when they will be processed for players.

    The issue I'm experiencing is as follows: I reached out to live support once, and they told me that my refund would be successfully processed within a few hours. However, it has been 6-7 hours now, and the situation hasn't changed. Additionally, I can't seem to get in touch with live support again.

    When I access the "I Want a Refund" page, I see that my active files are there, but I noticed that this file is marked as "Refund Automation Failed," and I haven't received any messages.

    How can I resolve this situation? I'm awaiting your assistance.

    @enesdemirbasx For any refunds, the payment will always be defaulted to the payment method used if its applicable. The payment method the money is returned to cannot be changed. If live support processed a refund, this can take a few days to show up. Sadly not something we have the ability to see over the forums. In order to find out if it was processed, you would have to reach out to live support and have them review that refund request, or contact Google Pay so that they can review that Google account. Payment and account issues like this have no visibility here because we don't verify this info over forum threads.
