I want to speak to a community manager

I want to make an official complaint. I tried using the chat but was disconnected, strange that ! Who do I contact ?

    You can make a formal complaint with our live support team @rmccowliff 

    Just so you are aware the are criteria that need to be met for a formal complaint.

why i keep getting disconnected after a game on rival and loose my placement and get a did not finish.

ea need to do something about it . to win a game or tie a game for ea to give me a loss by disconnecting me
