Question

I bought the game through Ea play pro. I purchased it from Epic today, but another account was linked to this account. I removed the link to that account and also removed the link to Epic Games on the account I was playing on ea play pro. After doing these, I tried to link the account I played on EA Play Pro to the account I purchased through Epic Games, BUT WHAT I SEEED IT SAID IT WAS ALREADY LINKED TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT, I HAD ALREADY REMOVED THE LINK OF THAT ACCOUNT. Can you solve this as soon as possible?

Hey @iga35,Unfortunately if you already had an Epic account linked to your EA account, you won't be able to link a new Epic account. EA accounts can only ever be linked with one of a particular type of account in its lifetime, so while you can always relink the old Epic account, you won't be able to link a new one.

How friendly is the company for users? It would be nice to put a sign saying this when purchasing. Today the sale is over and I will have to pay extra money to my main linked account to purchase it. There is nothing as harmful as monopoly in the sector.
