Hey @sjdp77,

Which creation limit are you talking about exactly? Is the game saying that you've reached the limit for how many accounts can be created on this device?

Hi,
yeah it says exactly that, we have multiple accounts on the same console but have only purchased the game once, I wondered if I bought the game again if it would let me .

  Unfortunately that limit is tied to the console itself. So buying extra copies and making extra accounts won't influence it.
  
  There isn't a way to reset or get around that limit; other than buying a whole new console. I can only recommend playing with the accounts already created.
