If I preorder EAFC within 22 Aug, do I still get preorder items?

If I preorder EAFC within 22 Aug, do I still get preorder items like 4600 points or hero card?

The offer expires as per the information on our official website.

This offer expires on August 22, 2023 at 9pm PT for PC preorders and on August 22, 2023 at 11:59pm at consumer local time for preorders on all other platforms.

    I pre ordered this game a month ago and haven’t received my preorder rewards yet in Australia and the store isn’t showing up
