impossible to create file personal settings

I was launching for the first time FC 24 downloaded on my pc from the EA app. As for fifa 23 i just cant play because it tells me, at first launch, that it's impossible to create file personal settings and so i'm not able to procede into the game. I have tried to allow the app trhough the windows defender firewall and also to disabilitate the protected folder. It's crazy that i buy the game and i have to deal wsith this stuff. Please explain me what to do and what it's the necessary stuff to solve this problem in order to playt the game!
