Impressively bad
I wonder if the Larian studios devs play FC 24 when they are having a bad day so they can have a good laugh and feel better about themselves. EA have outdone themselves again, the latest update has made the gameplay even worse.
- AI can now physically tackle through players from behind which is obviously a much requested feature.
- The referees are completely awful, there is no consistency at all. Ai do standing tackles and just tackle your player and not touch the ball and no foul is given.
- The passing is worse, passes going to the wrong player more frequently.
- The physics are terrible, the ball clips through the players feet, players legs clip through each other and the ai can control a hard shot taken from 5 meters away perfectly. The ball used to bounce realistically and now the physics look like something from twenty years ago.
I can’t put a positive spin on these supposed updates, they show a contempt for the suckers who bought this game, including myself. I really feel like EA is trying for a new low.
