Ingame 3 letters screen name offensive but cant report it

Having reported ingame that a club name is offensive, I got the email back saying "we have taken no further action" However - the CLUB NAME itself was something stupid like "Mcdonalds" BUT ingame th...

The link you provide as far as I can see, only allows me to report the club name in game, which is what I already did.

I need a way of reporting the 3 letter shortened abreviated name that is ON SCREEN ALL THE TIME WHEN YOU PLAY - this is much more annoying and offensive.

Please can you detail how I report this as there does not appear to be any way to do this using the ingame system or the link you provide.
