Isn’t Icons supposed to give chemistry to everyone?

When I’m building squads I noticed that icons don’t give a chem point to everyone only some players, I don’t know if it’s a bug or visual glitch but sometimes I get all chem points with some icons an...

Generally, Icons should provide a link to all players, ensuring at least a basic level of chemistry regardless of league or nationality.
