Issue in EAFC24 ultimate team

Hello EAFC24 Customer Support,I am writing to say that I have an issue sometimes when playing online game modes like rivals and champions.After some matches end, and I'm receiving my rewards, I suddenly get disconnected from ultimate team.When I log back into ultimate team, all of my rewards from the match, and the progress is gone.I've experienced this issue a few times and it's really frustrating as I just wasted about 15 minutes for nothing.

When you say - "suddenly get disconnected from ultimate team", did you check your internet? Is it stable? how are you connecting internet to your console- using wifi or LAN cable? What error message you get when disconnect happens?
