Issues with playing Rivals

Hello,
I have a problem, my EA FC 24 is laggin. Might be proccesor issue. But whenever i try to play Rivals or any other online match it starts laggin. Can not switch players and can onli pass if i have a ball or if i dont i can only tackle. I can not move  only watch the game how it is laggin and how i am getting beat up in easy matches.

    My issues is more of a mechanical one I mean I’ve had friends over today and I played in their accounts on fifa and they can flick the ball up with right stick no problem and both of their teams feels more responsive and like I’m in control so I wanted to write saying it’s unfair how I am missing out a vital part of the mechanics seen as I can’t flick it up when running it’s not my stick being broke or controller we’ve used the same one all day and I could do it in their account no problem
