Joe Gomez SBC 96 No Upgrades???

I have the ptg Joe Gomez sbc card, and I saw he got upgraded to 96 rated, but none of his stats went up. I don’t know if there is an issue but can anyone tell me why this happened??

I also have the same question...hope it's an error from their side and not intentional
