Lost connection after champions win

I have had several times now that after playing an entire game of Champions and winning, my connection is disconnected, causing me to lose. I have video evidence of it from multiple times. Don't come up with the idea that it is my WiFi because that is not the case. I have been playing with an internet cable for more than 10 years and have never had a problem with connection loss. I want compensation or the hundreds of euros I regretted putting into this game back.
