Lost connection with the opponent

Hi, im having trouble regarding playing Rivals or Champions. Every time i get into the match it always disconnects me at the same time. I see the intro cinematic and even my opponents lineup but as soon as the cinematic ends the screen goes black and a message pops up saying "You have lost connection to your opponent. We'll check the match report to see who won and who lost." It doesn't give me a loss but my players lose contracts. I dont have this problem while playing Squad Battles or online Draft. I haven't done anything against the rules to get a ban of some sorts and my network is stable enough for not being disconnected all the time. It would be appreciated to get this resolved as i had this problem since yesterday morning. Thank you
