LOW GPU USAGE

Question

Every time I play a game my GPU usage is high in the menus and loading, but as soon as the game starts it drops down to 36-42 percent. This is causing my game to freeze every time and it is not a connection error. I play on a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, intel core i7 10700kf, and 16 gb RAmM. I have been wanting to play eafc but I simply cannot because of this issue

Try resetting the default settings via the NVIDIA control panel (make sure to click the Apply button after) or updating the video drivers.
