Meta Tactic for team

Hello,

I would like to ask about the best tactics for a special teams team. My friends and I are organizing a large tournament and everyone plays their favorite team - in this case, Milan. This is not the best team in the game, but I would like to maximize my chances with good tactics and individual player guidance. Thanks for help me a lot.
