Missing cards from the SBC after it crash

Hi there, i wanted to complete the rating 90.futties

upon submitting i was prompt with an error,

which cause my game to restart.

After which i login back to SBC and found out the upgrade futties change to 92 ratings 

and all my current cards for the 90 rating was not inside but also missing in my club 

Kindly assist to recover my card please.
