Unfortunately career saves are stored locally in FC 24, not online. If you still have access to your old PC you can try to copy them over to your new PC, but unfortunately otherwise you'll need to start with a fresh career save.
I do have access to my old PC. may I know the address or location of the saved files so I can retrieve it. Thanks

Try copying over the FC 24 folder in your Documents folder. That should have your saves in it too.
