Missing profile & career saves

Went to play FC24 today & firstly my profile is missing, the game asked me to create a new profile? Okay easily fixed by deleting the files & re-creating.

My saved manager career mode is also not there. Played through 5 seasons creating a club etc. Have no desire to do that all over again or buy FC25. Any way of getting this back?
