My preference was Xbox but recieved ps code

My console preference was Xbox and I made sure of this but still recieved a ps code. I got my Xbox code last year for the Fifa 23 beta but this year for the fc24 closed beta I received a PlayStation code instead? Is there any possible way I can recieve a Xbox code for the fc24 closed beta please? Thanks for any help.

    Hey there, 

    Sorry to hear that you received codes for different platforms.
    The code distribution is based on the platforms you have recently used to play on. You might have been using another platform in another place. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide you a replacement code for the Beta. 

    Really sorry about that.

    Same happened with me, my preference has always been PlayStation, but I received a PC code.
