Name can't be used

Why is my name banned ! 
it's even in the commentary! 
my name is Blake Christian poon. 
for years I cannot use my last name! It's quite sad as you could see that I've bought fifa/ ea for numerous years Consecutively. 
I just wish I could call my pro Blake poon, especially as I have a son now who I play football with what I'm I suppose to tell the kid ?
