Need help with FC 24 points

Hi All, I recently purchased FC 24 points from Nintendo eshop (in April 2025) for my nephew not knowing that he had also bought the FC 25 game too. 

I've been in contact with both Nintendo for a refund from Nintendo, and EA to transfer the FC 24 points to FC 25 points. Both companies are unwilling to help.

I alo don't understand why EA is unable to transfer or credit the FC 25 game account with the same amount of FC 24 points that I purchased because from my understanding, the points are virtual and it's no skin off their back to credit the FC 25 game with the 5900 FC 24 points that I bought.

I contacted EA help already and they said they are unable to transfer the points since December 2024 but I purchased the points only in April 2025, so I can understand if the points were there before December 2024 but they weren't.

I would appreciate if EA would credit the FC 25 account with the points that I purchased (I'm hoping EA will read this post and provide a fix other than asking me to contact Nintendo for a refund when Nintendo don't refund). Thanks!
