Nintendo switch EA FC freezing and poor perfomance

Hi i purchased the digital version of EA FC 24 for the nintendo switch and am VERY dissapointed with the content and game experience. the game has a poor performance in menus, while playing games and cutscenes. Its a lot of lag and fifa 23 performed way better in terms of gameplay. 

in addition to poor gameplay and lag, the game seem to crash every time i perform negotioations with transfers in manager mode. the screen freeze and i have to restart. so basically i cant do any transfers

I would like a refund for my purchase - nintendo wont give it to me and asked me to contact EA sports or a copy of the game for ps4, so i can try it on my ps4 and see if i can enjoy the game
