Online Draft Bot

I started a draft earlier and immediately received a draft bot, which meant that it wasn't the first time that I suffered an unfair defeat.
This problem has existed for several years and it is an absolute disgrace that it still works today.
The draft token request shows me that I didn't receive a bot, so I sent support a video proof and even support couldn't help me. 
80€ for this game and it doesn't even work.
