Online Friendlies - What does the "Attributes Enabled" at team selection do?

Hello,

I tried to google this everywhere but could not find an update response on the matter. As per my understanding, enabling this option at team selection screen enhances all players attributes as if they were playing with full chemistry in Ultimate Team.

Is this correct? Is there any section in EA Site that describes the function?
