When you go to “Online Section” you only have one option which is “online friendly” and automatically put you in the friendly season! Or when you create a custom tournament you will not have any options to invite your friends! No way!
Again, if you think that I made a mistake somewhere, I appreciate if you have any other practical steps. Please provide other material sources like video for clearifing the matter.

@SHAHOARIF I'm currently unable to access the game directly, but I've researched online and found this YouTube video that guides you through the tournament setup. Please check out this YouTube video link for guidance. I hope this helps you locate the option you're looking for.
thanks, this is the standard local tournament setup. The OP was asking about custom tournaments for online play which I assume is still not possible

You’re right! I don’t know where he came these steps?! However, I saw some tournament events. I don’t which third-party platform can arrange these tournaments and how website pages can be linked with the FC game?

You can't do online tournaments. You need to use share play on PSN is only way and its very laggy.
