PC Gameplay is woeful

I've been playing "FIFA" for as long as I can remember (I'm 33 now), so when EA and FIFA parted ways I was hopeful that this would have a positive affect on the game but this year, for PC players it has been awful. Rivals is unplayable, I've had the game with early access and I'm still unable to play a full game without boiling with rage at the input delay, laggy servers and general awful online gameplay. Then we had an update and I would say 3/10 matches are now playable. 

I'm running pc that I should expect to be powerful enough to run this basic game (3080 & Ryzen 9) and my internet is often sat between 60-75mbs download with a 12ms ping, so I feel thing my end are ok, it's good enough for every other game I've played in the past 3 years. 

I tried to reach out to EA's FC accounts on X, and I get no response and I've tried to use the online form to start a chat but that doesn't work either, it won't let you select your platform. 

EA really are going to the dogs, you keep messing up with Need For Speed and now you're messing up the most loyal of players, those of us who buy FIFA/FC24 every year.
