Permanent Ban on FIFA Games - Will It Apply to FC24?

Hey everyone,

I recently got permanently banned from FIFA games. I'm wondering if this ban will also apply to the new game FC24.

I contacted customer support, but they couldn't give me a clear answer. Has anyone else faced a similar situation or know if the ban carries over to FC24?

Appreciate any insights.

    @Clubtheman It may sound wrong, but I lent my account to a friend who needed it. I hadn't played in weeks, so it didn't matter to me. But he got banned with my account, according to him his computer was crashing and it happened during a match so it was counted as cheating -> ban.
    I've contacted support several times but they won't listen. There isn't even a reason given for my ban, no one can tell me why I'm banned and/or for how long.
    I've given up lol.

    ea employees tell you that it is a different franchise company and that you will not be banned, but the truth is not so. you are banned! if there is a permanent ban, do not buy it, do not let them buy it. we do not know why we have a permanent ban anyway, we do not know what our crime is.
