Hello.
Like many victims, I was banned indefinitely even though I did not violate any rule in fifa. No reason, no solution. The funniest thing is that I bought fc 24 because I love this game. before I bought it, I contacted ea (correspondence records are available) and asked if I would be banned in fc24. The answer I received was that I would not be banned in fc24, I was told that I could buy the game with peace of mind because there were different franchise companies. so I bought the game trusting ea. and guess what! I am banned!!!
You are making people unhappy. I was playing 1-2 matches online and relieving my daily work stress. I am a 35-year-old man. I have nothing to do with cheating. because of you, the quality time I spend at home has disappeared. Check your artificial intelligence because it victimizes many people. We are disgraced with our money.

Some bans carry over from title to title.
Spoiler- "Device" Bans - is your PC or Console prohibited from connecting to the game regardless of what account you're using? Then it will not be able to connect to EA SPORTS FC™ 24 either.
- "Franchise" Bans - was your account banned, and now you can't connect to older titles either? This is a "Franchise" ban, and you will not be able to access any future EA SPORTS FC™ title using this account.
