Played FC 24 for the first time

Question

I am an avid soccer fan, didn't play FC 24 yet, no time to play games really, now I have more time and with the UEFA Euro coming up, I wanted to play a bit, I usually play alot offline and career mode etc..

I played through the whole Euro gamemode, the whole tournament, and ended up not really having any desire to play anymore, just not a good experience.

Some points I noticed and wish to hear feedback from some people who played longer about them

1. Simulations still seem completely broken and unrealistic, even worse than previous games... I know suprized are possible in soccer but when you have in the semifinals of Euro apart from my country : Austria, Poland and Turkey.... you know something is very wrong... this just kills immersion for me, sorry

2. Why is the ball so slow lol?? Particularly shots... what the heck? The ball travels so slow... if you look at real life if someone takes a good shot from just outside the box, the ball flies really fast, its like 1 second and the keeper parries it for example... in this game the shots are SO SLOW its insane and very unrealistic, even when finishing, look at real soccer and how they destroy the net if they shot from inside the box, yet here the players seem to shot the ball inside the box and it looks like some lofted shot, even if its a goal its slow and sluggish... what the heck?

3. Gameplay feels the same as previous fifas, maybe even worse, doesn't feel like any improvement at all in this regard, the players feel very sluggish and heavy idk why, I played fifa 23 alot and it felt better.

4. And im sure knowing the track record so far from EA, that I can safely assume there have been no major huge updates to career mode that have been asked for, for years and so easy to implement, right?

@TigerAlen410&nbsp;I've not noticed the ball being so slow, I've scored some rockets that make the cracking sound as the fly into the back of the net and had more scored against me.Refereeing and commentary needs an overhaul. Penalties are given that aren't even penalties. I've experienced that from conceding penalties and being awarded them. Commentary is pointless. They will say "What a great pass!" and the ball goes straight to the opponent. It wasn't a great pass then was it?&nbsp; Or they will say "Down to 10 men and they are right back in this", when no one has been sent off.Goalkeepers are atrocious. You'll play one match where your keeper is stopping everything and the next he's playing like he's only just seen a football for the first time, parrying shots to an attacker that my mum could have saved.I know what you mean about the gameplay. Some matches it feels like my players are running in cement and others they are running like gazelles.&nbsp;They need to sort the added on time out, the amount of goals I've conceded in 48th minute when there's only been 1 minute added on is unreal. It feels like if you are winning and the opponent has the ball, they give the opponent as much time as they can get away with until they score.Matchmaking in online seasons is non existent. I get matched with players in divisions higher than me more often than not. I also get matched with opponents 2 or 3 divisions below me.The kick off glitch is still there and that needs to be stopped.There have been a few updates this year but none have fixed the things people have been complaining about
