Player gone

My players are also gone. I’m talking about all my reserves. Is there a way I could fix this? I was playing a head to head game and after it was finished, I tried to change the formation for the next one and saw that I had only my starting 11

Seen the same. Basically the system gets confused and overwrites the player with another. For example my dalot got replaced by a Diogo leite, so I had two leites then one leite disappears.

Hello, I was just doing some SBC’s on the companion app for the 85+ upgrade. I started by making a team with squad builder and wanted to take the high rated players out. Suddenly the app freezes, and after a few seconds the SBC was submitted without me clicking or doing anything. I now submitted an 86/87 rated team instead of an 83 rated team… I lost a lot of good players. I'm trying to find a way to contact ea or open a case but it's impossible. There is no way to see a button to click on to contact anyone or email anyone, even if i follow all steps they tell us to. Do you have any idea how I can get in contact with anyone?

Yes they can I just finished Mbappé SBC and had the animation and all and then I press X to skip and the card disappeared I didn’t put it in a SBC or quick sell I spent a lot to finish why would I

Not accurate at all.  I lost my most expensive Icon yesterday and was told by EA he was put into an SBC...a total lie.  Think EA have some rotten apples within.
