Player suspended in Ultimate team FC24

Hi, 

We have 2 players that got red cards (each one in separate game) in Ultimate team in squad battle so we had to replace them.

It seems that although it was 5 games ago, still both of them are suspended.

I just to know what is the reason for that and how to solve it.
