players I created at the end of the season in fc24 manager career are deleted

i'm playing a manager career in fc 24 and i'm in the Premier League before starting the career i add myself and my friends to the game with 5 people to make it more enjoyable. the season is going very well, each of them scores 30-40 goals and their overall is around 92 with excellent potential. But at the end of the season, when I started the new season, 4 of them were deleted from the team. when I type the player in the player search section, his face, body, position, everything has changed and he is not available for purchase. I finished the new season with my remaining 1 player and that player was also deleted at the end of the season. fc24 is really terrible in this regard. at the same time, after playing the game for about 1 hour, it suddenly kicks me out of the game while I haven't saved yet. i really gave a lot of money to this game and the game is expensive due to the exchange rate in turkey, but ea cannot do justice to this game. can you help me how to fix my problem.
