Playing internationally always red bar even with good internet

Hi, in past FIFA games I have always been able to play with my friend in Austria (I’m in the US) without any lag… We have even better Internet than we used to, but every single time we try to play online together we receive red bars. It is clear to me that you have changed some thing about the servers you use… We never used to have problems in old additions of the game. This is a big problem because there’s absolutely nothing we can do to improve it, and so far I haven’t seen anyone from EA sports acknowledge that they have reduced the server speed or the number of servers we are able to connect to thereby increasing the distance we connect and causing our lag. We have played FIFA for more than 20 years and now we are debating if we need to stop playing the game because we know we can’t even connect together. Please, dear God, don’t try to tell me this is due to the distance of our connection because it has never been a problem in FIFA 22 and prior as well as every other game we play.
