    Hey @AlkinFC have you spoken with PSN support to see what they can recommend?

i have a very similar issue, i bought the ultimate edition and ea play, however i can't download neither the full game nor the 10 hour pass, it tells me there is an error, and when i contacted the psn support they told me that it's issue from ea servers part and it won't be fixed for like 3 days, please help
